  Injustice to faujis perpetuated from 1993 by babus in MOD w.r.t. OROP, rank pay from 1.1.86 and many other P&A matters. The CGDAs/PCDAs for defence accounting be dispensed with. The IAF has been accounting job very well and why cant the IA and IN, who entirely depend on IDAS babus. An Aircraftsman(Clk G.Duties) can very well handle all such issues of fixation/re-fixation/revision of pay and pension matters.

  It is unthinkable that all bigwig IAS/IDAS officers are really unable to come out with a policy letter on the basis of OROP decision of Parl Com for the past 5 months. Shame on their intellect and intent. Is this not corruption as defined in PC Act. Should they not be held resp and booked?
