  2. 1. THE BASIC PENSION OF HON. FG. OFFR. REDUCED BY VI PAY PANEL WEF-01.01.2006
The VI pay commission is set up to improve the basic pension, but In the case of Hony. Flying officer the basic pension is reduced. I am retired on 30.04.2005 as a Hony.Flying Officer. I was drawing pension of Rs. 7875 before VI pay commission, now the VI pay commission has fixed my pension Rs. 7800 wef 01.01.2006. Any formula applied for fixation of pension which reduces the basic pension is wrong. The great injustice is done to me..
    2. JUNIOR PENSION IS FIXED MORE THAN SENIOR HAVING SAME LENGTH OF SERVICE, GROUP AND FROM SAME STREAM
My entry mates MWO and WO who joined the service with me and retired with me but not got the next promotion to the rank of Hony. Flying officer, their basic pension is fixed more than me, (the warrant officers are two rank junior to me), vide GOI, MOD letter No. PC10 (1)/2009-D (Pen/Pol) dated 08.03.2010 Table 124.
    Rank Basic Benefits Total
    Pension MSP+Gd.Pay+'X'Gp.pay Pension
    HFO 7890 3000+ 2700 13590
    MWO 9490 2400+ 1000+ 700 13590
    WO 9105 2300+ 1000+ 700 13105

WITH THE ABOVE SAID FACTS THE IMPROVEMENT SHOULD BE WEF-01.01.2006

  3. Is there any specific reason for not improving and denied the revision of pension for JCOs of Y & Z groups. The committee must have given clarification for this. Kindly let us know the same as a part of welfare of Ex-Servicemen JCOs.

Kindly let us know the same as a part of welfare of Ex-Servicemen JCOs. Y and Z group are the least paid group's/ Even a Sgt of A (X) group gets more pension than Y&Z JWO. it is highly unbearable injustice Y&Z group JWO's
