It seems the govt feels Deepak Sinha's article is not worth the ink used to write it. After so much hype abt IROP the Govt appears to have developed cold feet & decided to F**k us veterans as there is not a single word abt the same in P Chidambaram version 2.0's budget.
Sir these Babus of MOD will never short out modalities of orop. Our RM is not able to handle these great babus.I request our RM/PM to intervene for early implementation of OROP for exservicemen.Jai Hind
Sir It is not time to go though past history of OROP but look into the impediments and get these resolved from the Min of Def and Services, get cleared for implementation as desired by F M -said in press conference just after the Budget Speech THKS-JCR
Every thing seems to be back at square one again. It also is possible that the meeting of Mr. Vijay with RM just before the budget day and then statements to media about consideration of OROP was a pre-planned move. Anyway thanks MOD and their bosses for once again sticking to their old plan of ditching exservicemen after so many assurances. Keep it up and please dont play politics with exservicemen by planting one or two of your MPs and giving press statements just before your promised date like irt was done this time by clicking a photo with Mr vijay a BJP MP. When it was an assurance by the RM then what was the fun of demanding it by one of the BJP MP and that too one day before the budget. Anyways a BIG ThANKS to PM, FM and RM for keeping usgussing till the end. God knows how many veterans now again wil not be able to see this OROP and will say goodbye to all of us before its implementation.
