  1. Those who have ever been in touch with any kind of official (Government) working, this ' under consideration of the Government' is a very dangerous word and can keep on delaying the work/due to the time as long as the junior/senior officials of the MOD or ESW considers to be fit as per their choice/convenience. So please remove the word 'under consideration'.

I very much agree with the comment and as long as the word 'under consideration' is there we have to keep our fingers crossed. You never know how much time will be taken by the under consideration'. But still we are hopeful that the new government will not ditch the Ex-defence personnel and no lolly-pops will be given to ESM as they seem to be favouring and will over-rule the officialdom of the MOD if needed to give the due to the Ex-servicemen and to those who are serving.

  3. Normally all the Government agencies used to use Diplomatic/duel meaning words in public domain cases .(vote bank politics ).
And do not expect more in OROP,Babu may change the basic concept of OROP.
