I want remind to all of you regarding Judgment of Apex court ,Whose are connection to , Those Retired veterans with disability who are assist to 20% and attributable & aggrieved by military service as per pension regulation.The judgement has delivered by Apex court in favor of disabled soldier Who are unjustifiable. I demanding to Honorable Mr Narendra MOdi (PM), Please take care to Army pensioners Who previous Govt has divided Rules in two parts between Ex Army pensioner Pre-2006 & Post 2006 in connection of PM/VR .REGARD GS.UPADHYAY JHUSHI ALLAHABAD.211019-9452878685
