  2. This seems and excellent OROP chart for Sepoy to Havildhar. They are the most neglected people in our defence system and the most hardworking people. This should bring happiness to them. God Bless

    1. yes there you are. None is there to look after sepoy to havildar. when work is to be done they will remember us. Once it is done jco s and officers will take the credits as if they have done then they wouldn't say that they got it done. when credits come they become worker when task comes they pretend they are supervisors and officers which will turned down and get divine punishment through their generations.

    1. right exactly you said it sir. Not only slight change but also huge because sergeants and sqn leaders of IAF are the major sufferer whenever pay commission, tasks, promotions and credits come from the top because we are sandwich ranks.

  6. at present there is difference of Rs 680/- in H/Lt and H/Capt pension i.e Rs 15465/- for Lt and Rs 16145/- for Capt whereas as per above chart this difference works out to Rs 1745/- (Rs 17905 for H/Capt and Rs 16160/- for H/Lt. Why so much variation.

  21. In addition to this table one more rank exists among pre 2006 retirees i.e. Hony Naib Subedar. Fate of this rank is not mentioned whether this rank shall be treated as Naib Subedar (as a long outstanding demand) or Havildar. Unless this dispute is solved there is no meaning of OROP for those who are fighting with this system especially with DESW.

Why so much variation and H/Lt having length of service 26-27 yrs are down graded to Rs 14440 instead of Rs 15465/- the present scale.lot of enhancement in scales of JCOs have been made, further there is hardly a difference between Sub Maj and H/Lt. Above anomalies needs to rectified.

  23. At present there is difference of Rs 680/- in H/Lt and H/Capt pension i.e Rs 15465/- for Lt and Rs 16145/- for Capt whereas as per above chart this difference works out to Rs 1745/- (Rs 17905 for H/Capt and Rs 16160/- for H/Lt.A Sub Maj having 26 to 27 yrs of service scaled to Rs 15075/- whereas H/Lt with this length of service downgraded to Rs 14440/-. At present Nb Sub and Sub having 26/28 yrs of service respectively drawing Rs 10970/- and Rs 11970/- respectively, whereas in this draft Nb Sub & Sub having the same length of service scaled to Rs 11735/- & Rs 15015/- having the difference of Rs 765/- and Rs 3145/- respectively, which seems to be incorrect. I therefore, request you for reconsideration while fixing the scales of H/Lt and H/Capt because these two ranks were denied their exact entitlement of 6th CPC wef 01 Jul 2009 while the all ranks of huge Army were given the arrears of their entitlements. Looking for the correct justification in connection with anomalies of H/Lt and H/Capt.Thanks for taking pain for the ex-servicemen.

  29. Dear All

Please do not believe any body and any politicians as all are for vote bank only . In India it is happening such as All Bureaucrats along with escorts are permitted to visit abroad for medical treatment at Government expenses for that lot of money is with Government, for simple OROP for brave soldiers, who is guarding our Nation in Day and Night, there is no money it is totally sadism by the Government. Our main enemy is Bureaucrat/IDAS/IAS Lobby/Mafia/Dogs only.

  30. MOST IMMEDIATE
The table must be include group pay of the pensioner who was hold the rank in the past service. Otherwise there is no valu of his group was hold by him in the past service. The pensioner will not be degraded his group pay by making the table. This tabe also so much difference with the latest pensioners. Then how can I believe this is the original OROP. Therefore I request you to include the group pay in the table of the pensioner and also rectify the gap between the old and latest pensioner before finalize the table.
Immediate action may please be taken to include the group pay./////
    thanks.////

  31. where is the letter of this table

  32. As per 6th pay Commission, basic Pay of Commissioned officer Lieut/Captain was Rs 8250/Rs 10200 PM respectively. Whereas the basic pension of Hony Commissioned Lt/Capt was fixed Rs 10500/10850 pm. As per draft of OROP pension of Hony Lt/Capt has been fixed for Rs 16160/Rs 17905 pm, where as commissioned Officer Lt/Capt is Rs 25000/- pm or more on retirement after 28 years of service. Why so difference. Basic Pension of Hony Lt/Capt was much in the 6th pay commission. Hence their pension should be much than commissioned officer ie Lt/Capt. or equivalent. One line has also been mentioned in the draft of OROP letter that all hony officers Lt/Capt will get pension equivalent to commissioned officer, than what is the meaning of reflecting Rs 16160/- for Hony Lt and Rs 17905 for Hony Capt in pension table effecting wef 01 april 2014..

  34. The delay in implementation and parity with civ indicates their mentality. When havoc is created on border or by nature why def is alerted. Atleast 30 pc seats should be reserved in both houses of parliament so that they can themselves project their problems.

  36. Till 6th CPC pension of Armed Force personnel was fixed taking maximum of pay scale as notional pay to fix pension for 33 yrs of service allowing 5 yrs of service weightage. Now also this principle should be followed for both pre and post 2006 retirees and be taken as guidance for future also. Then there would not be any problem as far as OROP is concerned.

  41. This is not a real chart. Maker of this chart have already told that this was not accepted by government . So dont be happy by calculating through this chart. Next chart will be prepared x / y groupwise base year 2013 . There wil be lot lees basic as shown against this chart

  42. All ranks granted honorary ranks from Naiks to Nb Sub , have been paid the pension of the rank except Subadars granted hony rank of Sub Major(Less Re 1/- or equal amount) . Request to look into this matter and elucidate the anomaly in the 7th CPC report for implementation.

  43. Sir, Have you any idea regarding issue of Notification of OROP.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Sir, have you approved table of pension?

    ReplyDelete
  45. The above table is(ANNA WANDE RIOURIAN MUR MUR APNIYE NU) prepared by Maj (Retd) SK jain and Sqn Ldr(Retd) Charnjit Singh) only for the officer by the officer and to the officer. pension of Lt prescribed in the table is 16715 QS 10 year and 25060 for QS 26 years and in case of major 22546 for QS 10year and and 33295 for QS 27 year. In case of Ors/Jcos there is no change in pension according to the service length such as a Nb/sub pension starts from 11635 QS 15 year and it remain same up to the QS of 26 year. That is called one Rank one Pension for the PBOR.

    ReplyDelete
  46. In my opinion the chart is not correct due to the following facts:-
    (a) Te pension of PBORs vary in accordance with length of service.
    (b) At present there are two groups and the pension variation is around Rs 700 per month. It is not in the chart.
