2. IMMEDIATELY IMPLEMENT THE FULL-FLEDGED OROP SCHEME, ORIGINALLY APPROVED IN 2/2014 WEF 1.4.2014, AND
3. PUT AN END TO THE EPISODE ONCE AND FOR ALL.

ReplyDeleteYes, Group segregation (X,Y,Z) is the basic anomaly of OROP. Service HQ OROP table is exact for JCOs/ORs. Govt can be implement it.

Why are veterans getting into that infractious bak bak ..
.They should be concerned and bothered at reality and realistic position of OROP ;rather than which party did how much enhancement / one time increase(oti).the fact is -no party has fulfilled assurance & promise of OROP in real sense.they all , so far, did some enhancement /oti.
Veterans would do great service for future generations of fauji,if they analyse factual position of turuncated OROP in relation to -disparity from civil service pensions as on 1.1.2016.
Analysts and intellectuals may find shocking facts.
Of course ,babus must be having .....laugh at the reacties of veterans and ongoing media debates.

Very good suggestion. Govt requires to approve the above proposal to avoid unnecessary debate and controversy on OROP.
ReplyDeleteI am trying to explain why there are X & Y group and why difference in pension. X group men are paid additional pay - that is 'X group pay' or 'Technical pay'. Because of Technical Pay the X group Pay is a little higher hence getting little more pension which is their right. On Internet, try to read recruitment requirements, academic qualification & other criteria for X group, they are different from Y group . The X group people are provided longer and very advanced training. All other groups whether Y or Z, their recruitment requirements were/are same or similar. OROP doesn't mean all veterans in Army, Air Force and Navy should be paid equally. Little time back there used to be 5 to 8,9 groups in the defence, now only two.

DeleteI am an op cipher havildar placed in Y group, I am holding diploma in the foreign language course having obtained the first position in the particular course, five officers were from air force, navy and army, I put them all behind me
I do not deserve to put in X group because my academic qualification of foreign language is not at par with diploma course of technical subject
still I am very happy with pension
enjoy the retired life
very near time ahead this dream will also be materialised. the above chart has been vetted and not a piece of paper.
