The Centre would provide for about Rs 1.10 lakh crore in the 2016-17 Budget to account for the Seventh Pay Commission recommendations and the one rank one pension scheme, finance minister Arun Jaitley said on Friday, ending speculation that their implementation may be staggered in the quest for fiscal discipline. The minister said the government is committed to OROP.
