Thousands of ex-servicemen are concerned over the government's delay in implementing 'One Rank, One Pension' scheme. 

Not only has the scheme been delayed, the government has also said that it will not be implemented in full.

  2. Its almost 10 months past, they are still searching ways to thwart this demand of orop, every time the question. Is asked the reply is modalities are being worked out, let me share with you all we had one accounts guy in one of the units in eastern sector,the strength of the unit was in hundreds, and you know he remembered the service no of each individual, there are so many brilliant guys in the services, and this politicos and beaurocrats with all the resources under them they need this much of time, to work out this prop, they are making fun of the proceedings its humiliation nothing else, we don't have to beg for this, one should have a will.   3. OROP before budget/in 3-4 weeks is a clever ploy by babus to prevent disruption of R Day events by serving & ESM's.Barak Obama is a staunch supporter of Armed Forces & veterns ESM.As C in C of US Armed Forces will be advised take it as significant issue.
