when will P C D A issue circulars to P D As as they will not act on the uoi letter dated 30/7/2015 . they claim that this letter does not specifically include defense service pensioners AND HENCE THEY SHALL NOT BE PAID THE ARREARS AS OF NOW AND TILL P C D A ISSUES CIRCULARS IN THIS REGARD

ReplyDeleteCan someone give a copy of the Ministry of defense (Pensions Branch) letter No. 138999/1/PC, dated 18th April 1950 to me. It is required urgently for preparation of an appeal in Supreme Court. It used to be annexed as Appendix -II to the Pension Regulations For The Army-1961 (Part-I) earlier, now it is replaced by ENTITLEMENT RULES FOR CASUALTY PENSIONARY AWARDS, 1982.

ReplyDeletemy grand father served in indian air force for regular-9years and rese- 6 years and 135 days. He retired in 06-05-1973 on the basis of Family financial problem, He retired from the rank of the SGT and trade-F2E(1). now my grand mother is getting basic pension 7500 only.
