    when will P C D A issue circulars to P D As as they will not act on the uoi letter dated 30/7/2015 . they claim that this letter does not specifically include defense service pensioners AND HENCE THEY SHALL NOT BE PAID THE ARREARS AS OF NOW AND TILL P C D A ISSUES CIRCULARS IN THIS REGARD

  3. I have serviced in Indian army as Gunner Radio Operator for 7 yrs period. I got retired on 1985 under medical Disability clause. I'm presently availing the pension under service elements and medical pension. Am I eligible for OROP pension?

  4. my father served in indian army for 26yrs and 4 months. he retired in 1989 on the basis of medical unfit due to lever cancer, and he passed away after that, he retired from the rank of the JCO subedar. now my mother is getting basic pension 9540+119%DA=20892. will we get orop? and how much?

  5. I get disability pension 30% (service element 3550 and disability element 1550) total 5100 rs basic pension .what will my new pension .rank recruit. Length of service 2 yrs

  6. Can someone give a copy of the Ministry of defense (Pensions Branch) letter No. 138999/1/PC, dated 18th April 1950 to me. It is required urgently for preparation of an appeal in Supreme Court. It used to be annexed as Appendix -II to the Pension Regulations For The Army-1961 (Part-I) earlier, now it is replaced by ENTITLEMENT RULES FOR CASUALTY PENSIONARY AWARDS, 1982.

  10. my grand father served in indian air force for regular-9years and rese- 6 years and 135 days. He retired in 06-05-1973 on the basis of Family financial problem, He retired from the rank of the SGT and trade-F2E(1). now my grand mother is getting basic pension 7500 only.
    when will P C D A issue circulars to P D As as they will not act on the uoi letter dated 2014-2015 . they claim that this letter does not specifically include defense service pensioners AND HENCE THEY SHALL NOT BE PAID THE ARREARS AS OF NOW AND TILL P C D A ISSUES CIRCULARS IN THIS REGARD will we get orop? and how much?

  12. My Uncle sri Prem Kumar Pun had been in the Indian army for six years 253days as a Rifleman No.5746980 3rd Mechanised Infantry Ahmednagar,Pune and was granted Medical EEE. 20% ..He was unaware of his pensions and is not in a good state .I hope my Grievance will not go in vain .Help this man

  13. NAIK OROP PENSION FOR 15 YEARS SERVICE IS 7170/- AND 20 YEARS,24 YEARS,28YEARS SERVICE PENSION IS ALSO 7170/- WHAT IS THE REASON WHY SHOULD SO THAT.

  14. What is the rule of pay protection of an exsm serving in Indian Railway , who has served in Indian Navy without pension (as initial engagement was 10 yrs of service) 2. What is the rule regarding counting of defence service in Indian railway for obtaining the old pension scheme.
