    As revised pension circular 555 of (OROP) MSP/DEPLOMA/X Group had added with every Eligible pensioners' Hence it should add/Marge 50% as are applicable formula in case of Armed forces. However'Militiry Service Pay a part of Basic pay structure. If' the 50% MSP was marge with basic pension in OROP'So that'it should marge with in basic pension in connection of 7th pay matrix. Please go in future' along with Rank of NK Basic pay have different between X& Y GROUP' It is a cause. Ghanshyam Upadhya Allahabad 9670210000
