  1. Sir I want to confirm that weather Ex Servicemen authorised to draw dearness allowance in pension as well as in new job in bank.

    1. Reemployed exservicemen are eligible to draw Dearness Relief on Service Pension in addition to Dearness Allowance on reemployed pay w e.f. 18.07.1999 vide Ministry of Personel, Public Grievances & Pension OM dated 02.09.1999.

    May I know the rule for fixation of pay on re employement .my last pay during service was 4400+cl pay 150 but at the time of joining state service my pay was given minimum of pay scale 3050. I am employed as PATWARI in revenue dept govt of RAJASTHAN.

  4. All Ex-servicemen are exempt from payment of Professional Tax vide MOD Letter No A/25502/PC/ACPS(d)3673/D(Pay Services) dated 24/09 1979. Presently I am employed in Allahabad Bank and paying said Tax in every month. For exemption Bank is asking the copy of said letter. Is it possible to get the copy of said letter through my e-mail id - "subhasis_73@yahoo.co.in". Please advice any other alternatives.
