It is a shame (or should one call it oppression) that the Retired Defence civilians (incl Defence accts retired personnel) gets their arrears before the FAUJIs for whom the CDAs are basically meant for!!!!

Just now browsed  through the list of Circulars & Notificationsof DESW. 

The Notifications have not yet been issued by DESW inspite of the GOI  DOPPW  Sanction letter on the subject is issued on 30 Jul 2015.

Based on this DOPPW circular, PCDA pensions, issued C-144 for payment of arrears to Defence civilians.

What are the Faujis- A Second rate citizens for whom another addl Welfare department (DESW)  is inserted in between  to Create Bottle Neck or is it stoppers ? Welfare by a welfare department (DESW), should not in any case  be denial of welfare being done universally to others .!!!!!

If we go by the above time frame as a yard stick, The DESW should issue the circular for faujis within another one week. 

Thereafter, the PCDA/CDAs AF & Navy will issue Circulars after another 20 days, meaning that these actions at the earliest would take place, i.e. 27-30 days ( By 20 Sep). 

Thereafter, The banks have to do the arithematics  and pay you. 

Normally, pension work for the month at SBI-CPPC gets completed by 15 of the Month. 

And therefore, the banks action would take place by 15 October 2015.  

SO THE EARLIEST YOU CAN EXPECT YOUR ARREARS IS  DURING THE PAY FOR THE MONTH OF OCTOBER BEING PAID AT THE END OF OCTOBER .
