    my dear friend,

SC has ordered to restore the commuted value to the pension on completion of 15 years post retiral service

secondly ECHS is granted by the supreme court

now the disability pension in case of mental disorder soldier

only SC has come to rescue us not the government

  2. Is the soldier alive to see his victory over the idiotic officials and the speedy trial of our SC.Every right thinking citizen should be ashamed of this.No self thinking youth should ever opt for armed force service.

  4. An excellent judgement in support of soldiers who are putting everything of their life in service of the nation . government's contention that " he must be suffering from the illness before joining the force " can not be justified because a person's capability and his physical and mental suitability to work in armed forces is tested by various means before accepting him for enrolement . if Laxmanram poonia was enrolled as a sepoy which i suppose so , the Recruiting officer will come to know of his mental and physical capabilities very well . i can say this because of my experience of recruiting hundreds of men in our two centeres at jabalpur and goa while in service . for entry as an officer the SSB tests him thoroughly and he can not hide anything . my salutes to the Judiciary and specially to the two judges who gave this judgement .col jrk murthy (retd)
