  1. Higher ranks should not be given less pension than lower ranks on any account such as subedar major of group y than Subedar of group x,Subedar of group y than naib Subedar group x etc

    1. Group x and group y trades are on the basis job description pay and perks are granted always on the basis of job description and ranks are granted on the basis of job designation for explanation a cpl can certify an aircraft fit for flying from his trade side but a jwo of a y group can't do that and basing on the last pay drawn pension is fixed jai hind

    1. You are trying to propagate Marxist ideology here.An air force mechanic who undergoes nearly 5 yr training to repair a sukhoi 30 should be at par with cleaning staff?something wrong with u bro,why shld someone waste his time & become a pilot if he gets the same pay as his driver? Think u a- hole

  3. Length of service should be consider for pension 15 years of service and 20 years of service should not be equal. More service should get more pension.

    1. As on date pensionable service for military personnal is 15 years though in IAF airmen are asked to signe for 20 years as initial engagement with extension engagements they can serve up to the age of 57 years of age if joins at the age 19 his total length of service shall be 38 years of service Which has to reckoned for granting the not just like throwing a bone at dog and saying after 28 years of service all will get same pension than where is the 1o years of service which is granted to an individual basing on his trade proficiency decisipline Medicean fitness his sacrifice has gone don't treat us like unwanted creatures for God sake.

  4. Dear we should not ponder about gp ABC etc. The most important is to insist upon acceptance of recommendation of KOSHIARY COMMITTE.

  5. we welcome new orop,as mentioned by mr ranbir singh that length of service and rank must be kept in mind while enhancing/increasing any ones pay or pension and we are also not against any ones increasment of pension but in this new orop, sepoy with 15 years of service has been given rupees 1455 increasment in his pension whereas subedar with 28 years of service in same y group has been given rupees 298 increasment in his pension,it mean a sepoy is superior/senior than subedar with 28 years of service, increasment in pension must be given keeping in view his length of service and type of rank held by any one,in no case senior must get less pension than his junior in service and in rank, this is natural laws of justice, but in this new orop great unjustice have been done to those who are senior and had put more service in the armed forces, which is unfortunate,i request the committee and the mod to do the justice to those who have rendered 30 years service and are having senior ranks but getting less increasment than sepoy and naiks of same group and having rendered only 15 years of service, this anomalies must be removed and justice must be done to each rank with length of service rendered by any one subedar or subedar major, orop must be increased proportionately to each rank, more service more pension,no malice towards anyone, everyone must get his dues which are accrue to him by virtue of his rank and length of service he had rendered in the armed forces.thanks
