Veterans, government soften stand on OROP
The army veterans and the Prime Minister's Office are on the verge of a breakthrough to seal the deal on one rank one pension, sources said on Wednesday as the agitation continued for the 81st day.
we should be very grateful to mr chandrasekar MP, who involves himself to solve the issue of OROP, we should listen to him and respect him even our genuine demands are compromised and diluted to some extent, the man with good heart who helps a great deal must be honored by agreeing to his advice in the interest of breaking the deadlock which involves veterans relay hunger strike and unrest. we sacrificed many thing in the life, let us show some soft corner, moving from obstinacy coming to close the impasse we will be respected by the people
i am mere a sepoy, our flexibility and softness would be engraved positively in indian history and also who breaks their solemn pre poll promises, let us always be martyr
i agree that a soft posturing by our veteran community is essential to resolve this deadlock. we should also be concerned about the deteriorating health of those who are on fast unto death.
