    1. Liakat you have to see OROP chat table 7 circular 547 and u might have already got the arrears for the OROP and now your pension will be paid wef 1/1/2016 u can multiply your basic pension by 2.57 and that is your pension and calculate your arrears as per that and there is increase of 03% DA from 01 July 2016

    2. You are very much entitled because pre 2006 Hony Lt has now got their pension Rs 15465/- from 01 Jan 2006 whereas post 2006 Hony Lt got their pension Rs 15465/- from 24 Sep 2012. This is quite injustice with the rank of Hony Lt as well as Hony Capt also who retired after 01 Jan 2006. All Hony Lt have to fight for their entitlement. Write to govt

  3. Sorry liakhat sir u r not eligible for arrears if your basic pension was 15465 as on 01/01/2006. Moreover its applicable for pre 2006 pensioners only.

  4. This circular is for pre-2006 retirees. Retirees after 01 Jan 06 are getting full pension from before so no question of arrears due DL 33.

  5. If post 2006 retires get less pension than the minimum pension shows in DL-33 table then what will be happen to post retires

  6. Is there any comparison table rankwise how much they get before and the benefits with revised circular 568 in respect of pre-2006 pensioners.

  14. Hi Dear Friends, I got transfer to pension establishment after completing 34.9 years of service as MCPO I(Hon SLT) w.e.f 301/04/2010 with basic pension of 15090/- there have been some anomaly in fixation of my basic pay and later changed to 15465/-. With implementation of OROP I am paid Basic Pension as Rs. 16090/- against Rs. 16160/- for my services beyond 33 yrs. I have submitted letter to SBI Vasco, my PDA and CCPA but not getting any response.

    1. Prem Singh ji as per circular 547 & 568, pension of all pensioner equal to your rank and who retired before 01 Jan 2006 has been fixed as Rs 15465/- from 01 Jan 2006 and arrears have also been paid to them. If pension of pre 2006 retired MCPO (Hony SLT) has been fixed to Rs 15465/- wef 01 Jan 2006 then your pension should also be Rs 15465/- from date of retirement that is 30/04/2010. As regard your orop Central Bank only is giving Rs 16160/- but other banks is giving 16090/- to your ranks this is not understood why Central Bank is giving and why other banks are not giving

    2. This also happens to me. Served 38yrs and as hony fg offr retired on 31 jan 08 getting 16090/- whereas my colleague of same length, rank, previous trade, and bank(sbi, kolkata) getting 16160/. No answer from cppc on query regarding disparity. To eliminate this problem why pcda or dcda(af) not clarified the reason. They should issue the corr ppo to retirees.

  16. PCDA cir No.568 lays down the Minimum Guaranteed Pension without any difference in years of service rendered by different persons. This is in contradiction to the provisions of 6 CPC wherein after MGP each year service has been given a different minimum pension based on the increments earned in that scale. It seems we have to take up the case again for rectification or approach court of law.

    1. Dube Ji, Pension of all pensioners rank of Hony Lt who retired before 01 Jan 2006 has been revised to Rs 15465/- from 01 Jan 2006 as per CDA circular 547 & 568 and arrears have also been paid to them. It is clear that if pre 2006 retired Hony Lt got pension Rs 15465/- then automatically pension of Hony Lt who retired after 01 Jan 2006 should be 15465/-, but CDA is not accepting. You have to approach your Records Office as well as write to PM & Defence Minister. This un-justice with Hony Lt who retired after 01 Jan 2006 because how pre 2006 retired Hony Lt can take more pension then who retired later. This is surprising
