  1. Why are the great contributions of their next generations ( Rahul, Priyanka and her children ) not suitably honoured so far ?? It is nothing but a great conspiracy of Mr Modi and his team. This needs to be probed by CBI, a parliamentary committee and a judicial commission headed by a sitting judge of the Supreme Court. Considering the seriousness of the issue, next session of the parliament should be dedicated to this cause. Forgetting the political differences, expert opinion of Sirji, Arvind Kejriwal should be requested by Mr Modi. The government needs to issue a White Paper on this national issue on top priority.Security issues and other minor issues facing the country can be put on hold for sometime.

    1. So many times one msn cannot be attached to the projects /schemes.

There were many respectable men in the struggle for the freedom of the country.
Their names could be used. Why not ?

  9. It is urged that the blog yields very useful information to the defence fraternity and has had been apolitical hitherto. The sanctity of the blog may be upheld and it may not be exploited as a launchpad for politically motivated surgical strikes. Thanks.

    1. Talking between ex service men is okay but it would be great if you or someone publish the grievances in the news paper too.

  10. Amazing and interesting.What a compilation !.
Total of these serial nos incidentally is 420 (if my totalling is correct).char sow bees.
Further ,add up names of girls ,boys ,men & women with those ...... in the nation
*-it is reflection & psych of people ,public ,netas & bureaucrats.
Good & fine .eam as citizens of the Nation should know these facts. As esm they should not remain isolated .As esm ,they neither loose rights as citizens nor debarred from participation in these matters -politics or otherwise ,these are very much of esm interest.
The mind set and thinking of some retd mily that politics is taboo for esm would result in ,passivity & evasion of responsibilities of citizens in democracy. For democracy to be effective & successful esm also must participate and exercise their Rights.

  12. Read similar articles in the past several times.. however the point here is why are we raking up such issues when more important issues are facing us.
This anti Nehru family tirade and our blog with primary aim of veterans welfare is unnecessarily getting dragged into political turf war.
So far BJP has only proved to be as reluctant and dubious as the Con-grass.
