It will be important to see if each point / anomaly has been logically and lawfully dealt with. The para by para reasoning if documented will bare if the judges too are fair and independent. To me it is equally important to know if we are going wrong somewhere or have serious gap in our thinking / desires.
Mr Parikkar will stick to his 'SOON' to finalize the decision to implement these recommendations of the OMJC as he spends his weekends at Goa for a glass of feni. I wish that he will find time to have a cursory glance of the slim volume of this OMJC Report and forward it the FM immediately for his action. No recommendations from him are required as they have of no value.
It's a process of buying time and pecify the tempo of outbrust.. they all like to beat the drum of successful operation to gain the political mileage... but when you ask anything.. they go back to their black cover! OMJC is an eyewash, commission is a lame duck. Degradation of ranks is a long process taken place quite long before when an Officer started humiliating his subordinates in the name of disciples. Rules are meant for regulating and controlling the disorders but certainly not for meeting his agony.
